The most recent one I can find is September 30, Clinton +4.  The person who responded to you is wrong -- this is not the same poll as the one take on Monday showing a tie.  There is Gravis and then the polls that Brietbart commissions from Gravis, each of which (to my understanding) have different methodologies.
