I have a hard time buying the argument that Clinton will under-perform Obama '12 numbers in LA of 41%... this poll shows her at only 35% versus Trump's 50%.
Also, as we have discussed in other threads, the African-American share of the electorate has been increasing with a significant return of the Katrina diaspora over the past four years.
Even if Black turnout is a slightly lower than in '08 and '12, which is a big if, I still LA as closer to +10-12 Trump come election day.
