Feingold vs Johnson will be a normal Wisconsin race for a Presidential year.

Clinton vs Trump will be an abnormal Wisconsin race, period.

Is they have Feingold up at 3, he is likely up at 7-8% atleast.

I think in the end despite whatever GOP effort Feingold will win by 5-6% odd!
