All it takes for WV to not be the single most Republican state in the nation is for a small fraction of Justice voters to feel lazy and vote straight ticket Democrat; I don't see it holding out after OK, WY or AL.

what is seen as "moderate" is a daughter of time....during bill's preidency the republican party was..in many ways...to the left ..and in a few ways (surveillance)..to the right..of their current positions.

Or maybe certain states on that list just couldn't handle a black president, and have turned against all Democrats (a party which they now see as an anti-white hate group) in response?
