reading comprehension is a pretty important thing.

It's pretty clear from the context that she doesn't like the term "everyday americans", and I don't either. It's pandering and stupid.

You have to be pretty stupid to read that as "SHE HAS BEGUN TO HATE STUPID GOD DAMN AMERICANS"

Really? Point out where it says the term in what Podesta said. Is it in quotes as a term?

She's begun to just hate the phrase? OK. If that's how you want to see it. But what do I know? I am just a "deplorable"

This may win a prize for taking things out of context.  Read the entire email string quoted.  It's very clear that Podesta et al are reviewing a draft of Clinton upcoming remarks, and it's the wording "everyday Americans", and whether to keep it in the remarks, that is being discussed.

Lol, you are so desperate. Even Dailycaller knew exactly what she mean't.

I mean Podesta even wrote the phrase that Hillary was to say "I'm running for President because you and everyday americans need a champion" with the words that she seems to hate.

hello, lucky candidate...glad you could make it.

our simple and not very complicated question of this day is....

how would "should use it" make any sense, if miss rodham would be referring to hate 90% of the US population...you got two minutes.

Oh, come on, you're really reaching here.  Podesta's response is:

Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.

The pronoun "it" in the second clause refers to "everyday Americans".  As this is "it" and not "them", it's clearly referring to the expression "everyday Americans" and not actual people.  Also, the lack of quotes surrounding "I'm running...champion" shows that Podesta is sloppy about using quotes.  And if you read the WHOLE email string, they're obviously reviewing the planned remarks!

Sounds like they stripped it of the quotes or Podesta just forgot to add them

chris hayes described it the right way:

we would be far more concerned about this illegal behaviour if people would have forced their way into podesta's office and stole that data.
What is illegal about this though?

I hope people are looking at the disgraceful behavior of Hillary Clinton as exposed by WikiLeaks. She is unfit to run.

i hope she threatens to sue if more mails are published!
