There's no reason to think that Bush doesn't actually care about abortions...actually, this is a statement far below your usual level of stupidity.

Your hypothesis apparently is; "IF something is politically helpful, THEN the candidate must not really care about it and is ONLY using it for political gain."

That doesn't bode well for any politician.
