Hmm, this flies in the face of the other polling we've seen of this race. Cooper has seemed to be steadily and consistently ahead, and the news for McCrory wasn't exactly stellar this week.

You're optimistic about Democrats' chances almost everywhere except NC. Why? It's the state that Hillary's massive ground game advantage can pull her, Cooper, and Ross across the finish line.

North Carolina appears perfectly winnable this year with a good campaign and proper resources. Clinton's extensive ground game there will help a lot as well. I don't think this is going to be a good year for NC Republicans, but meh, just my opinion.
