Can Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, a mainstream conservative who has supported and implemented free college tuition in Tennessee, in a conservative state, who has written a op-ed with Chicago Democratic mayor Rahm Emanuel win a Republican presidential nomination in the future?

Yes. There is a plausible path to victory. It begins by doing well enough in IA, winning or coming in second in NH and then winning SC.
