It's a battleground state and the one above it is the most important state VA.
But the DSCC probably is gonna go after MO since the Dems appear to be sailing to victory in Gov mansion.
North Carolina appears perfectly winnable this year with a good campaign and proper resources. Clinton's extensive ground game there will help a lot as well. I don't think this is going to be a good year for NC Republicans, but meh, just my opinion.
