It's old and it's a Democratic poll. I'm definitely interested in seeing what next round of public polls from PA look like.

Why so much of a polling of four counties?  This is probably in line with a tie to Clinton +2 since it's a Democrat internal, but that seems like a weird methodology.

To get a statistically significant picture of what is going on in those suburban Philadelphia counties, I suppose.  It's like deliberately oversampling African-Americans to get a good snapshot of the black vote, and then reweighing African-Americans in the overall sample.

What's up with posting nearly month old polls by Democratic firms today?

We really need some new (quality!) polls of PA and WI now, because if Clinton was only pulling 3-5% in Wisconsin and 5-8% in PA during her August heights, with the race now essentially tied it's very likely those states are tied now if not lean Trump.

You have to combat the bad news somehow. Lots of junk polling released today.

wisconsin is, just like ohio, really strange if your watched how controversial the local republican parties saw trump and ...out of nowhere...suddenly they seem to have melted with his base if the polls are to be believed.

in fact, there is no freaking way to say after the election if the "the polls" have been right or wrong since they have been all over the place.
