Well, a lot of NeverTrump Republicans in Virginia holding back Trump. It would be closer, but sadly, it is trending away from Republicans. Man I miss the old Virginia from 15-20 years ago.

You and me both. It still blows my mind that just two decades ago Virginia and North Carolina could be to the right of West Virginia and Tennessee. Supposedly, from what I hear from among our State GOP is that if they can boost turnout by 5% outside NoVA and Richmond, the Commonwealth could be flipped again.
The problem is that they can't Sad

Trump undoing an 8% deficit in Virginia? Not this late. Two months ago he might have had a chance. Barring some discrediting calamity by the Democrats, Virginia seems out of the question.

There will be easier states for him to pick up. The door has shut on him in Virginia.

They number seems a bit low for a presidential year. Midterm, absolutely

No it wouldn't be over because of Iowa, but VA is starting to look like the next Iowa for the GOP.
