Norbert Hofer (right, currently 3rd President of the Austrian Parliament, acting Austrian President)

Greens

My choices:

SPÖ:

Kern is a good guy, but I prefer his successful/greenish CEO-wife as Chancellor and SPÖ-leader ... Tongue

ÖVP:

Kurz, for strategic reasons (would weaken the FPÖ)

FPÖ:

Strache (he's depressing the FPÖ's support with his talk, contrary to Hofer)

Greens:

both are fine (Glawischnig out of loyalty)

NEOS:

Strolz is a good guy, but Griss has more potential for the party's success in 2017/18.

Is Griss formally a member of Neos ? Was she when she ran an Independent campaign for President ?

No and no.

(this is more meant to be a hypothetical leadership election, not a real one with party members. And also meant more as "which person should lead "x" party into the next federal election as top candidate ?)
