It would've been Tilt D before. Now Likely D, I think. The Lieutenant Governor numbers are encouraging, but I think Carnahan squeaks by in the end. I do expect Republicans to pick up the other 3 offices.

Your presidential prediction is completely unrealistic. Your senate prediction could be good though. Blunt's approvals aren't the highest, but Kander isn't a moderate by any stretch of the word - he's basically in complete lockstep with Clinton. It would be interesting to see how Blunt would have done if Zweifel (the retiring state treasurer) had ran instead.

If Republicans run the board (all lower offices, governor, senator, president), Missouri's transformation into Arkansas is complete. McCaskill being blanched will be the icing on the cake.

And yet Koster leads in this poll and all others, the presidential race will be close, and the senate race will be close.

I doubt it. KC and STL will keep Missouri at least semi-competitive. I agree that it will continue to get harder for them to win statewide, but I think it would be closer to being like Indiana, where Democrats can win but only in special circumstances.

I think Trump being on the ballot helps Koster. But ouch, losing the Farm Bureau and then the NRA endorsements was a double sting for Greitens.
