[quote]
Ad #2: An Independent Vision for America

MALE NARRATOR: Only one candidate has laid out his vision for America's future.

On immigration.

Video of Bill Weld's policy speech from Nevada plays

BILL WELD: Under my plan, all people currently living here without the proper papers will have one year to come forward and complete the immigration process through the legal means and face a fine of $250. If they don't come forward after that year and they are discovered to not have completed the immigration process, they will face a fine of $5,000 and the possibility of jail time, if crimes have been committed during their time here with the proper paperwork.

MALE NARRATOR: On the economy.

Video of Bill Weld's policy speech from Florida plays

BILL WELD: The Government came in and took it out of their hands, and their wallets. Under a Bill Weld-led Government, we're going to cut taxes, we're going to push rebates, we're going to give the people back their hard-earned money!

MALE NARRATOR:

On social issues.

Video from the Independence Party Leadership debate plays

BILL WELD: ... We need to finally bring this country up to par with the rest of the world with respect to social issues. We need to give our LGBT friends the equal, human rights, that they deserve. We need to have a commonsense, safe, legal, and rare abortion policy, and we need to increase the education standards in this country. ... We need to stop harassing our Muslim, African American, and diverse brothers and sisters. We need to recognize that discrimination does exist, it has existed, and we need to do something about it. We can't keep turning a blind eye to division, bigotry, and racism.

NARRATOR: Bill Weld's vision for America is one based on freedom, liberty, and the power of the individual. America, are you in?

Still shot to Bill Weld smiling fades into the shot

BILL WELD: I'm Bill Weld and I approve this message.

HILLARY CLINTON CAMPAIGN SCHEDULE: FEBRUARY 10-16, 2016

Excerpt from Hillary Clinton's New Hampshire post-electoral speech:
Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.

FEBRUARY 10
The Clinton campaign traveled to Nevada, where they held a rally in suburban Las Vegas before moving on to Reno to meet with local Liberal Party officials.

FEBRUARY 11
The campaign flew to Charleston, South Carolina. Hillary Clinton met with local Liberal Party officials, and the campaign held a large rally in Columbia that evening.

FEBRUARY 12
The Clinton campaign flew to Atlanta. A large public rally was held, followed by several private fundraising events. Hillary Clinton also gave interviews to the local press.

FEBRUARY 13
The Clinton campaign flew to Austin, Texas, and held a large public rally, followed by meetings with local officials and fundraising events.

FEBRUARY 14
The Clinton campaign flew to Virginia Beach, Virginia, and briefly barnstrormed before taking off again, for Birmingham, Alabama. There, Clinton received the support of local Liberal Party officials, and held a large rally that evening.

FEBRUARY 15
Largely for fun, the Clinton campaign spent the morning flying to Little Rock, Arkansas. Despite holding a notable lead in the polls, it was decided that it would be good to show a connection with the start of the Clintons' political career.

FEBRUARY 16
Finally, the Clinton campaign ended the week once again in South Carolina. A rally was held in Charleston.

Joni For America: Ad #1 - She Has Our Back

NARRATOR: She's tough. She's resilient. And she's been over there.

VETERAN: When we were over there, Joni had our backs. Now she has America's.

NARRATOR: Joni's working for our Veterans, our seniors, and for our families.

NARRATOR: Joni wants the best for our children and our veterans, because this isn't just some power conquest for her. It's reality to her and she wants to make this great nation work for her and our children, not the bureaucratic elite in Washington.

JONI: As I meet with you, the hardworking Americans, it only strengthens my resolve that we can fight Radical Islam, disastrous trade deals, and the wretched bureaucratic elite! I know that if we come together and fight for lower taxes and more individual freedom, we will make this country the best we have ever seen for us, and more importantly, our children.

(Not dropping out, just going to be less active in this game for at least a few weeks.)

ELON MUSK KIDNAPPED BY RUSSIANS!

Photo of Musk campaigning before his kidnapping.

Manchester, NH--Shortly before his victory speech after winning the Independence Party New Hampshire primary--an impressive feat for someone who has never held political office--party leadership candidate Elon Musk was apparently taken hostage by secret Russian agents outside the Ed Muskie Memorial Auditorium.

The South African-born Musk, who first rose to prominence as the co-creator of PayPal, was attempting to become the first Prime Minister not to have either political or military experience, and the first Prime Minister not to be a natural born citizen. Some argue Ted Cruz, vying for the Nationalist leadership, is attempting the latter feat as well, while Jacksonian Donald Trump is attempting the former feat.

The Musk for America Campaign Manager, Victoria Atalcost, recieved text messages from the billionaire. After asking why the SpaceX CEO wasn't there, he responded that he was "getting fresh air" and would be there in time to make the speech. When Atalcost sent a follow-up, the CEO of Tesla Motors responded "being kidnapped by russians rn ttyl."

Musk's claims can be validated by sightings of a helicopter with the words "Property of the Russian Government" on the side, the contents of that helicopter including the 45-year-old Chairman of Solar City looking rather annoyed with the turn of events, and an unknown fellow maniacally laughing.

After stating that he's probably safe and expects to return, the Co-Chairman of OpenAI texted Atalcost to "pls continue the campaign thnx."

While this is expected to hurt his electoral chances, his capture has dominated the news and social media, and you know what they say, "all publicity is good publicity."

Turn 6 - February 24 to March 1, 2016

Welcome to Turn 6, everyone! First, a few notes, and then we'll take a look at the results in South Carolina and Nevada:

1. To keep things simple and make sure nobody feels the need to post a fourteen-day schedule, please note that the schedules for two-week turns only need to cover the second week of the turn (the week that directly proceeds the primary elections). For example, this turn technically covers February 17 to March 1, but please only do a daily schedule for February 24 to March 1, as the title indicates.

2. I start school on Monday and have a really heavy workload, so I absolutely need to start working on the Super Tuesday results by this Sunday at the latest. Therefore, I'd like to ask that everyone submits their campaign materials by the deadline provided at the bottom of the Turn 6 introduction. I really can't wait any longer.

3. Even with the results in South Carolina and Nevada included, less than 5% of all delegates have been awarded so far. Please remember to focus on the later primaries in March, April, and May if you want a larger delegate haul, as doing so is by far the best way to rack up delegates.  The early primaries (and, hence, the following results) matter very little in the long run when it comes to delegate count, so do not be discouraged by a statistically insignificant disadvantage when more than 95% of delegates are yet to be awarded.

Thanks!
