I get the impression that talking about the forum elite conspiracy is getting a little tiresome for everybody.  However, I recently get the impression that it wasn't actually a long-running joke, but a serious concern among certain members of fantasy politics.

Considering that I've been implicated as being a member of this group, I think it's only fair that I get a chance to defend myself.  I'd like to ask Cosmo Kramer, Harry, and anybody else who thinks they're an expert on this 'conspiracy' to answer the following questions:

1. Who exactly is part of the conspiracy?  I'm talking about actual names, and reasons why you think they're part of it.

2. What evidence do you have that the conspiracy actually exists?  Quotes and PMs on the subject would be great.  Many people might point to the activities of this weekend as 'proof', but seeing as how the conspiracy was talked about long before this weekend, any evidence from before then would be much appreciated.

3. What reasons do you think the conspirators might have for doing what they do?

4. What exactly do you propose to do to change the situation?

I'd like to hear some responses on this.  Though I'd like to remind everybody that I don't want to see paranoid theories, but actual proof please.

I feel no need to call out the names of those who feel they "own" the game. They are virtual "snobs" and they know who they are. If I cared enough to name names I would. But quite obviously many common sense people know who they are.
