One of the best things about this site is the ease of use on the "Election Results" tab. Whenever you hover over one of the states, a small box appears that shows the basics of how it voted. I was wondering what program was used for this and how it was done as I would like to replicate it for my own image (of Buncombe County, NC). (538's map is another good example).
