I see the Kentucky Attorney General being a rising star in the Democratic Party. If he runs for governor in 2019 or 2023, and wins, can he be presidential or vice presidential timber? A red state Democrat?

He's definitely a lot more substantive than Grimes, Conway, and the other hyped up Kentucky Democrats.
