Is Kerry speaking again at the DNC? He could really drill that point home.

Is Kerry speaking again at the DNC? He could really drill that point home.

Obama is not allowing Cabinet Secretaries to speak at the convention (unless nominated as VP).

Yes, but that was the Inaugural Address and not the nomination acceptance speech.
