My administration would look like that:

President: President Johnson
Vice President: Kathleen Rice

Secretary of State: Tim Kaine
Attorney General: Doug Jones
Secretary of the Treasury: Deval Patrick
Secretary of Defense: Kelly Ayotte
Secretary of Commerce: Bruce Rauner
Secretary of Labor: Frederica Wilson
Secretary of Agriculture: Abel Maldonado
Secretary of Transportation: Christopher O. Ward
Secretary of the Interior: Jason Kander
Secretary of Homeland Security: Sally Yates
Secretary of HUD: Megan Barry
Secretary of HHS: Wendy Davis
Secretary of Energy: Julian Castro
Secretary of Veteran's Affairs: Dina Titus

White House Chief of Staff: Keith Ellison
White House Press Secretary: Mika Brzezinski (Deputy: Katy Tur)

United States Ambassador: Caroline Kennedy
National Security Advisor: James Stavridis
Director of National Intelligence: Adam Schiff
CIA Director: Michael Morrell
Budget Director: Neel Kashkari
Small Business Administrator: Jon Ossoff
EPA Administrator: Tom Steyer

Notes: I originally preferred Kamala Harris as vice president, but California would also be my homestate. Steve Bullock would be my number 2, but he's too much like me (straight white male, socially liberal and economically/fiscally moderate) and therefore not broaden the ticket's appeal.

It is pure intention to have people of different personal and political backgrounds, so that they (civilized) argue with each other to find pragmatic solutions and then present their ideas to the president, who makes the final decision.
