Maybe something will actually happens this time.

Something already did happen. After a year or so of an expensive tax-payer-funded investigation, they realized that Hillary did nothing that would bring an indictment. Case closed. Let's move on.

In order to characterize things in this way, you have to ignore the first 90% of what Comey said. We really should make a distinction between Hillary doing nothing wrong, and Hillary's activities rising to the level of indictment.

The whole email investigation did reveal that she committed perjury. It's not exactly unrealistic for them to investigate her regarding this.

The FBI chose not to go after her regarding mishandling classified information. She can still be investigated for other wrongdoings.

So are you denying that she stated that she did not mishandle classified information (at the time) in her emails? Because the investigation DID conclude that she lied about that.

I'm well aware of what perjury is.

Are you denying that she lied after testifying that she turned over all work related emails and that none of the information was marked classified at the time they were exchanged?

And are you going to come up with an actual counter argument, or continue with simple responses because you refuse to believe Hillary did some shady things?

Nobody's denying that she did some shady things, but she didn't commit perjury, numbnuts. She didn't lie under oath.

Oh yeah, great idea, Mr. Speaker. Waste time and millions of tax payer dollars for stupid actions like this instead of focusing on the real problems. How about raising the minimum wage, rebuild the infrastructure and do something on gun violence? The consquence: Vote Dem on Nov 8.

Of course it is. But the GOP won't care unless they pay the price at the ballot box.

The Dems here sure are finding every which way to excuse Hillary out of her illegal behavior.

Probably because there was no illegal behavior, as the FBI has stated. Then again, as a Texas Libertarian, I'm sure this conspiracy isn't even close to the craziest thing you believe.

The FBI stated that there was clearly illegal behavior, but it was not to an extent to which a reasonable prosecutor would pursue charges. There is a big difference.

That isn't what the director said. If anything the process of handling information at the State Department was scrutinized, but he never said anything illegal occurred.

Sensitive material was not handled according to the laws governing their handling. That is the textbook definition of illegal. No, it was not criminal, but the law was broken by Hillary Clinton.

Famous law school ..... The Talking-Out-Of-Your-As* University in Salt Lake City.
A separate DBA under the corporate umbrella of Trump University, Inc.
They get suckers to attend here, every time.
I hear Seriously is also an infamous graduate from this prestigious school.

Why can't people just accept the verdict and move on? Why does there always have to be a conspiracy attached, or claims of a rigged system or some other such accusation?

What some people are really saying is that they KNOW Hillary is GUILTY and needs to PAY for what she did. They KNOW the system is rigged because the FBI didn't find her guilty of a crime.

But the FBI investigated and presented their findings. Let's close the book on this and move on. There is nothing to gain by beating a dead horse....again.
Meh. Congress does have oversight over the FBI. They do have the right to question the FBI Chief if they want to. If it's just limited to Comey and Lynch, I don't see the harm in it. Especially since Lynch mucked up things by meeting with Bill Clinton on a taxiway in PHX prior to the non-referral.

But again, the decision to not refer charges was political, not legal. Of course you have to expect Congress fighting back politically here. There's the law and then there's politics. Both parties are playing it. It's an election year.

As far as Proud Moderate's claim, I have an actual law degree from an actual law school that is one of the top law schools in the country.
