And so it begins. That didn't take very long.

It would have been political malpractice if he hadn't disseminated something like this.

She truly is a horrible person, always trying to lie in order to cover up things. Both her and Bill are career criminals they should quit politics and retire into the sunset after she loses this election. Lol.

In all honesty (no pun intended), this is going to hurt Hillary's numbers for a while.
It will only be minor, and then I feel confident she will regain people she temporarily "lost" as we all see more clownish conduct from un-presidential trump.

As during the primary, Donald Trump could write the campaign a 7-figure check to air whatever ads he wants for a week or so.  It wouldn't be that expensive to air some ads in key swing state markets, like Columbus, Orlando and Charlotte.  Trump has deliberately chosen not to advertise early in the primaries or the general election.  That was and is his strategy - advertise late but make a big buy.  It worked in the primaries.  Whether that strategy works for the general election remains to be seen.

If Trump had the money to be airing ads he would already be doing it.

Buying ads early hasn't been Trump's ad strategy from the day he entered the primaries.  If he wanted to spend money on ads, Trump would.  I doubt he will buy any ad time until after Labor Day, if not even later than that.  That's not his ad strategy.

I don't recall late deciders break for Trump in a single competitive state. If that's the kind of campaign he wants to run, he deserves to lose. He doesn't even have an organization. Clinton is inheriting Obama's legendary organization, and they cannot be stopped without one hell of an effort from Trump. There is no evidence he is interested in that kind of commitment.

This is just painful to watch. Any reasonable Republican would be crushing her right now, even the far-right ones would probably win.

I still can't totally shake the idea that Trump is running (and running as stupid American Hitler)  because Hillary is so awful that she couldn't possibly win against anything more.

Not a good ad. It's basically repeating two scenes all over again with large text, and you get bored very quickly.

What a waste of what would be a perfect material for an attack ad. I award no points to Trump campaign and may God have mercy on their souls.

I honestly don't care anymore.  It just doesn't affect me whether she lies about stupid little things like this.  So it reveals that she's someone who will lie to protect herself if she thinks she can get away with it.  That's a negative character trait... you got her.  Bill has the exact same problem and he was a good president anyway; in fact, it didn't really change the way his presidency affected my life in one way or another.  Trump, on the other hand, doesn't just lie for self-protection, he seems to just be a compulsive liar and to tell lies even when he has no motivation to do so.  More importantly, he seems to delude himself into believing all sorts of strange conspiracy theories or policy viewpoints that nearly all reasonable people can quickly deduce to be foolish and reckless; I think those character traits are far more likely to have a negative impact on the country than Hillary's traits.

So keep making these videos.  You're not telling me anything about Hillary that I don't already know.  Yes, I wish she was more honest about these kinds of things.  But it's not the sum of who she is as a person.

Am I the only one thinking that the prospect of President Trump handling classified information makes the whole emailgate thing look like a child play?

No one cares anymore. The last thing the FBI director said was no charges and that closed the door on this whole issue for most people. The fringe will worry about it until the twelfth of never, but normal and mainstream voters will move on.

Nope. I agree. But for Republicans, their hatred of Hillary (or any Democrat, FTM) is far deeper than their uneasiness with Trump. It's much easier for them to publicly criticize her because it's expected, whereas Trump is untouchable because he has the looney GOP base behind him that will draft like-minded fringe fanatical candidates to primary any Republican who speaks out against Savior Trump.

tldr: The Clintons are weird and imperfect, but tend to at least support things that generally move the country in the right direction. Trump, on the other hand, is bats**t crazy and wants to roll things back to the 1950s. Not a hard choice.

Outside of minority rights, the 1950s were a great time for the US. So not really a great argument there.

I'm just hoping Col. West seeing the upside of this - is right: http://www.allenbwest.com/allen/heres-why-im-delighted-about-the-fbis-verdict-on-hillary

This dismissive attitude is a major part of why I and many others find the modern Republican party unacceptable.
