She said that she never sent or received anything marked classified at the time, but Comey said they found over 100, some of which were top secret at the time.

So our choices are either a brazen liar or an incompetent tangerine egomaniac.....

The incompetent tangerine egomaniac is also a brazen liar in addition.

Yep, but this is politics. It's hard to find an honest individual in politics.

Did he say they were at that level of classification at the time? The snippet I found reads:

Which wouldn't go against what Clinton said if they were only classified after the fact, which is what most people have been saying all along.

So our choices are either a brazen liar or an incompetent tangerine egomaniac.....

A brazen liar is also incompetent. Her treatment of classified material was "extremely careless".

I tell you, had it not been the privileged Hillary Clinton, she would have been indicted for gross negligence.

I wonder what else would happen if some of the deleted classified emails made their way on the Internet.

100 emails over the course of 4 years as Secretary of State is hardly gross negligence. That is such a tiny fraction of the total amount of sensitive information that a SoS handles over a 4 year tenure that you cannot make that case. If it was 100 emails per month, maybe.

Clinton bad? Yes. Clinton liar? Yes. Clinton criminal? Probably not.

If you're hoping that the "smoking gun" Benghazi email that she sent to Sidney Blumenthal will be uncovered, I think you'll be be disappointed.

We should never forget the lies, but it's time to move on to making sure she never moves into the White House again.

If it hadn't been Hillary in the first place, none of this would have been a blip on the radar screen. Keep your vision and your priorities straight.

Don't forget that Clinton did most of her classified work face to face or in other real time avenues. Emails were hardly her major line of communication when she was Sec of State.

And don't forget that this email situation is only a very small part of who she is as a human being and as a politician. She has a lot of things going for her, not to mention that she is incredibly smart, level-headed, politically savvy, has great strength, is very thick-skinned and can handle the harsh political realities of life. Compared with Trump...well, there is no comparison. He is not qualified in any way to be President.

Yes, Hillary Clinton is smart. It's a pity she chooses to use her intellect against the people.

Give up expecting honesty? No thanks. I don't dislike Clinton because she's a woman. I'm not a Trump supporter or a Bernie supporter. I just take honesty seriously.

It's not only honesty. It's also competence and judgement. Hillary has a history of showing poor judgement.

Emphasis on "marked" classified. If there were e-mails that contained information that was classified at the time but it wasn't marked as classified, then no she didn't lie. It matters because if it's marked classified, then you know it's classified. If it's not marked classified, well maybe you don't. Maybe you should, and perhaps it's negligent in some manner, but it doesn't mean she lied.

She is incompetent to serve as president any way you cut it. She treated her classified material "extremely carelessly".

Would you really want a careless president?

I'll give it up the same time you give up calling Trump a liar or a racist or whatever other distortions you want to besmirch him with. Deal?

Hillary! basically ran a shadow State Department server (likely for personal profit) and none of your red avatars seem to care about the implications of that. She mishandled government documents and put our National Security at risk. Then she lied to you about what she did throughout the primary season.

But it's OK. She's a Democrat.

When will you realize that you need evidence to back up your assertions to make them even remotely believable?

I think Hillary was a bit careless, but appearently there was nothing criminal about this. And she certainly won't repeat that mistake.

That's all. We should just move on.

There's plenty of evidence in the record to support that. The FBI turned a blind eye to gross negligence for political reasons, which is fine because those of us on the other side see right through this blatant corruption.
