It will happen no matter what, but diseases have been eliminated to some extent and people are exceeding life expectancy

How can you be afraid and every night we go to the Astral plane while reawakening, since we are living longer, I am not afraid as I used to be, and time in the Astral plane isn't the same as on Earth


Meaning a Rapture or Reincarnation shorter than here on Earth
