Seems like they are nearing the end in the investigation finally.

Do you happen to have a rough estimate as to when the results of the investigation will be made public?

No, and the sooner this can be done with the better.

She belongs in prison for what she did, just for the utter stupidity of hosting an unsecured server that handled sensitive government documents alone. That kind of lack of judgment is not befitting a candidate for school board, more or less POTUS.

But I am sure Lynch and Co. have the fix already in.

No. The sooner we're done with this nonsense, the better.

It will never be over, and will cast a shadow over her entire first term.

That should be up to the American people to decide. This is why we have elections. For a tiny, unelected group of bureaucrats to disqualify a candidate who received 17 million votes in a primary would be damaging to the public interest. An entire year's worth of political activity, millions of people's choices, would be invalidated and disenfranchised. If this investigation was going to result in charges, it should have been brought much earlier in the process, ideally before the Iowa caucus, so people would have been able to make a choice between those the government considered eligible contenders. It's absurd for the government to allow a six-month election to go on with over 55 different contests and then retroactively disqualify the winner.

Another alternative would be for them to do it after the convention. Actually, I think that would be better because the verdict of the primaries would still stand, but voters would still get to choose between the VP and the Republican candidate.

Politics cannot stand in the way of justice. The Feds have a 98% conviction rate partly because they do not move until they are certain. (and largely because of pleas) I'm not saying that I anticipate criminal charges to be brought, but if they do, justice must be the first priority.

I don't know whether she'll be indicted or not, but I know for sure that if she is, the Hillarybots will claim that it's just a right wing conspiracy and it'll all blow over soon, and if not then the Sanderistas and Trumpets will claim she got away with it and that the Democratic Party is corrupt for letting her win.

Honestly, if (and that's a big if) this is going to happen, then please let it happen now, before the DNC,.

Hillary! has won the nomination fair and square. IF (and it's a huge IF) she is indicted, it is up to her whether she wants to stay in the race or not. She should not be DQed simply for an indictment. She is still innocent until proven guilty.

It's becoming harder and hard to say no. I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt for a while too

I'm not sure I really understand the headlines from today. It seems like all they're saying is "we've concluded our investigation" yet it seems like people are more bullish about her being indicted as a result of this. Does the timing somehow tell people something that's going over my head, or are they just projecting their hopes onto a non-story?

The people who think she'll be indicted are the same people who thought she wouldn't even run, would lose the primary, or will lose the general in a landslide to Trump. Draw your own conclusions.

Is Bush going to be indicted for 25286 people dead and 117961 wounded?

I'm really digging Reddit's reactions. It's going to be fun when the eventual non-indictment comes down.
