It's not junk. Nobody cares about this race yet, so the numbers make sense. Once all the reliable Democratic olds do their research and attend this low turnout primary, they will hand Grayson the spanking he so deserves.
Maybe. But, Targeted Persuasion, whatever it is, is surely junk. (Also, seemingly, push pollsters? Can't verify, but there's not much of anything on them anywhere on the internet other than their own site, which is also junk.)

They look shoddy, but apparently their track record is very good. They were the only people to call Bernie's win in Indiana and Hillary's win in South Dakota.
Interesting. Also weird. North Dakota was perhaps as shocking as Bernie winning Michigan (though obviously much less consequential), but Indiana really should have been seen coming.
