It seems no Clinton can win the Presidency with more than 50%.

Anyway, she fully deserves to win it with less than 50 ...

If third-party nominees get 10% of the vote, then anything over 45% is a plurality (assuming no divide between the electoral vote and the popular vote as in 2000). If third-party nominees get 14% of the vote, then anything over 43% of the popular vote wins.
