Zapatero hasn't, you know, had his own citizens murdered and tortured on a pretty grand scale. Whilst he's a little too far to the left on a number of economic issues, I do admire a lot of the stands he has taken on social issues.

While Zapatero's irritating habit of permanent knee-jerk gesture politics can get a wee bit annoying... but I don't *think* he's orded the gunning down of any protesters recently so...

What an odd comparison.  I don't think the current Spanish Prime Minister really compares with a corrupt dictator who boils people to death in order to stay in power.
