I don't know what he's done, but the name is cool.

Nauru is basically an old mining colony of Australia. Now the phosphate is gone, so is much of the island, and the country is broke and serves (served) as an internment camp for refugees to Australia.

There's nothing wrong with Voronin. He was democratically elected, his party wins fair elections, and he allows much more civil liberties than the government of Russia that the opposition supports.
Nothing wrong with Voronon?  Right, just like there's nothing wrong with Moldova, except maybe for crushing poverty perpetuated by failed economic policies.
So what do you suggest? How to attract investors to a country that has always been an isolated backwater, was never independent, probably should not be independent, and has no ressources to speak of?

Toafa. We need to get rid of the Pacific micronations soon, IIRC Fiji and Nauru are the only ones we've gotten rid off so far.

Sezer is another example of that. Greece, whatever the president there is called, is the third one I can think of. Of course, Switzerland doesn't really have a single "leader".

Sticking with Anote Tong.
