What kind of person would vote for both George and Henry Wallace? How would they have voted between 1948 and 1964?

Uh, I don't know, a Democrat or something?  This was, of course, before the parties completely switched platforms (#backroomdeal).

Essentially a Big Jim Folsom-type populist, that later went along Wallace not because of race (ignoring the issue).

1952: Eisenhower
1956: Eisenhower
1960: Kennedy

Afterwards, they are probably a Humphrey 1968/Nixon 1972 voter. I could see it either way in 1976.

I can guarantee that a Wallace 1968 voter did not vote for Humphrey in 1968.

Someone who became more conservative with the years and who had some bad experiences with blacks. So he/she turned away from being anti-segregationist.

Anti-segregationist =/= being liberal.

Someone who turned into a segregationist after making bad experiences.
