I think we're going to find out a lot about CO this cycle. If it goes Democratic again, then I think we can safely say it's headed towards a PA...a state that is always in line for the GOP, but one they just can't win.  The same can be said about VA too.

This is a BIG, BIG cycle for states like CO and VA in my opinion.

I don't think with Trump on the ballot who is a bad candidate tells much about CO's and VA's future political trajectory.

Here's a fact, the last time Colorado has voted more than 2 times in a row for President for the same party on the D side was the election of 1908, 1912 and 1916. William Bryan Jennings, and Woodrow Wilson twice.

Colorado voted for Reagan in 1980, 1984 and Bush I in 1988.
