In 2020, Trump will have the support of his base, plus the advantage of incumbency. Cuomo is like Clinton; despised by much of the Democratic base, and viewed as a Third Way corporatist. Cuomo get annihilated by the President. Then again, the Democratic Party has become such a failure and so devoid of progressive ideas under Debra Schultz that it just might run Hillary Clinton again in 2020.
