I'll say Wisconsin by a bit, since they like their progressives (well, about half of them do.)

Wrong thread. This is for GE comparisons, not primary comparisons.

Anyway, for a GE comparison, ND seems like a better fit for xingkerui. Raphael didn't put one up.
