Thank god they're not shouting down routine procedural motions, after what happened in Nevada I was worried when this woman started off.

EDIT:  Never mind!  I didn't even hear the motion to move into voting procedure though?  How long have they been voting?

State delegates will not read their votes out loud, with only the secretary calling out the votes at the end.
