1. Improve on Romney's numbers with whites by 5% or so
2. Win Romney's share of the Latino vote.  Yes, Romney's share.  Face it, folks, it won't go any higher than that.
3. Try to keep African-American support for Hillary under 90%.  Try to win 10% of the black vote and let the third parties get 1-2% of it.

I would agree that those three things would be good goals if he wanted to win. On the other hand, I know that they have about 0% chance of happening, especially keeping Romney's share of the Latino vote.
