I figured we needed a thread wherein those who have time and time again underestimated the Donald or said nasty things about him could apologize, in the case that he becomes POTUS and does a great job.

I never underestimated Trump, but the notion of devoting a whole thread for us to apologize to him (and it's not like he'll actually notice such thread) is laughable.

Actually, Trump becoming President is a possibility and we still tend to underestimate the danger, especially given all that happened from the moment he declared.
