McCain, Jeb & now Cruz have failed to endorse Trump.  Glen Beck and Bill Kristol have also failed to rally around Trump.  Their supporters who often vote in midterms that give us Tea Party Congresses have failed to show up in Prez elections reason for consecutive losses.
