Ted Cruz is definitely going to select as his running mate a president from over 20 years ago who was never that popular with his party to begin with, who is 92 years old and who is in such poor health that the rigors of a national campaign might actually kill him.

Hillary will definitely create a situation where she would be succeeded by Speaker Paul Ryan as president.
