What do you expect, when the candidate himself along with his proxies promise violence if he isn't aren't handed the nomination and the rules can go to hell?

This is why I will never support Trump or even consider him a legitimate candidate, no matter how I feel about his politics. And if the Republicans actually nominate him, it will be the utter abandonment of their legitimacy as political party.

Don't be surprised  if the Obama Administration sics the FBI on these people. Death threats by mail or wire are federal offenses.

Agreed. Doesn't matter who's making such threats, the FBI should go after them and they should be locked up straight away.
