73% of Milwaukee is in and Clinton is only up by 5%! That's an awful number for her.

This will end up above 55 IMO given 349/470 r in from Milwaukee (Hillary barely has a 5% lead in Milwaukee). Dane has reported only 46/216 & similar vast areas of the state are left!

Is he obligated to?  They don't support him.  They actually actively and openly try to sabotage him.
