Implying that he screws rats is probably the truest thing Cruz has said in his life.

Somewhere in this might be the key to get rid of the rat problem once and for all.

Trump really does try to trick the other hoidy-toidy candidates into mud wrestling with him.  It's "game over" once that happens.

The other candidates are held to different standards than is Trump.  Trump is not expected to be the adult in the room.  The others are.  Cruz had a chance to play that role, and, unlike youthful-looking Marco Rubio, might have pulled it off.  He blew it.  I still think the Establishment/Movement Conservative alliance will still push Cruz over 1,237 delegates, but it just became a little harder.

I really hope Ted is restricting himself to merely fantasying about f**king rats instead of actually doing it.

For those wondering what Cruz is trying to say, he saying he won't let Trump (and his operative Roger Stone) "ratf--k" him.  The important context is that Stone is a notorious veteran GOP dirty trickster going back to working for Nixon, where the term "ratf--king" was popularized in the book and film "All the President's Men".  Nixon's team used the term themselves.      Problem is, not sure a lot of people made that connection with Cruz' awkward wording and somewhat ancient political history trivia.

After this, don't be surprised to hear Ted say:

This furthers my theory that the human race (and especially American politics) has been created by aliens for entertainment.
