I like beef the most, then chicken. Both are tasty.

As muslim, I don't eat pork. I tried once, but didn't like it that much.

Not even close, pork.  So many different meats.  Ham, bacon, several tasty steaks....that's enough.  Beef is fine.  I like burgers and tacos, like every other human that's had good burgers and tacos.  Chicken is garbage.  I eat it, of course, I like protein and I'm cheap.  Like anything else (and I mean anything), if you fry it and have something good to dip it in you can eat it.

But pig is king!  I've been frying up loins lately...just a little olive oil, toss in some onions (when you're almost done), salt and pepper (at the beginning) and have some nice BBQ sauce....good times.  I like mine with a couple of big pickles, hot chips and green tea.

Pork, but I feel kind of guilty eating it because I also like pigs when they're alive.

I'm leaning towards pork over chicken, but I would pick either over beef.

Prosciutto don't come from a dumb Moo-er, or a crap eatin' squawker...so I s'pose that leaves it to the squealer.

Besides, pork is versatile, unlike chicken which needs marination, spices, and of course be fully cooked to work and unlike beef which goes to hell if overcooked.

Chicken and it's not even close, it's better marinated and grilled.

I'm very particular as to how meat is cooked. I prefer chicken breast, but mostly as an ingredient in something more elaborate (I won't eat thighs at all and I'd prefer not to eat legs). Beef is second for me. I enjoy a good rare/medium-rare steak, though I prefer burgers at medium (i.e. restaurant quality). Overall, I find pork to be quite bland unless it's cooked with the right ingredients in the right recipe.

Almost stopped to buy meat, got more and more disturbed by 'what happens to them'...

(lol, on France Inter, right now, their weekly show on food is about Vegan ^^)

That being said, when I'm offered some meat dish, I don't refuse it, and, well, yeah, the less you eat some, when you have it you can feel 'the animal protein effect' sensation better, which is still kinda appealing I may say.

Pork is the best to make all kinds of dishes, notably those that can be kept on the long run, some cultures missed something...

Beef, might be the one which is the less easy to acomodate/cook, but can still can be quite fine and gives the most the 'protein sensation'.

Chicken the fanciest to cook and accomodate, and when it comes to quality meat you can have, the less expensive for good quality too.

You can have Label Rouge quality chicken for 7€/kg.

Hmm, organic beef would be at least about 15€/kg.

Pork?? Don't look at the price of organic pork...

Beef, but I do love me some fried chicken.  The only chicken I don't like is the dry, rubbery, white sponges that are cooked from frozen--and yet they keep getting bought!

Pork, of course, is off-limits for me, but I don't think that eating it is horrible.  One of the reasons I've considered becoming an SDB is so I don't have to worry about accidentally consuming pork in my chili or rice (believe it or not, I once discovered pork gelatin in the ingredients of some rice I was eating, but only when I was almost through eating it.)  Even if I did, though, I still probably wouldn't want to eat pork chops or ham.  There are some kinds of meat that I just won't eat.

Why limit yourself to just one?  Wrap bacon around your steak.  Enjoy a Chicken Cordon Blue.  Your jambalaya should have shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage.  The missus has been wrapping the turkey in bacon for several Thanksgivings now.  Amurica!

Good beef > Good pork > lesser cuts of beef or pork saved via the miracle of slow cooking or BBQ > Chicken

All when cooked right are delicious. Probably I would go with chicken ahead of beef and pork. There is also lamb and seafood to consider. Too many great options.
