Seems a lot of posters have a suspiciously high amount of free time to do all sorts of pretty cool political analysis, nice maps, somewhat insightful commentaries etc.  But all this takes time, sometimes a lot of time. Begs the question, do people here on this site have vibrant romantic relationships?
My excuse is that my wife is tolerant of this, I don't watch TV much, and we have invested a lot so we don't need to work too many hours a week as our passive income provides for a fair amount of our budget

I'm burnt out on video games, so I peruse forums while my husband games. I point out amusing or interesting things out to him. It works well.

Used to be in a relationship(s). Needles to say all ended in a disaster.

Guess some people are just not fit for this.

I had a girlfriend once, but to use understatement...it just didn't work out.

Been single for a while, but I've been courting a girl for a few months and hopefully that will resolve one way or the other soon.

Happily married for 28 years. I find that when we each have separate interests as well as things we like together the relationship benefits. She knew I was into maps when we met, so Atlas is no surprise.

Meh. It's not uncommon. No need to be judgemental Smiley I had a similar situation with two men once. But most people move on. In answer to the question I've been married three and a half years. I have no need for anyone else but to each their own.

Dang Grumps. I'm always jealous of people who can find the right person that they can live happily together with for that long Sad

Regarding the topic, my current situation pulled me away from my life up north and because I have to be home for a large part of the day and am generally bored for a lot of that time, Atlas gives me something to do I suppose. Because of this, I'm just not in the right place to have a relationship right now.

Honestly, it's the '(normal)', specifically, that I was ugh-ing about. The actual behavior doesn't faze me as much as it used to.
