If you are specifically asking who from this cycle (so no one from the 2014 class), then Harris is the only real viable one. She has the money and the right fit demographically to do mount a successful potus campaign only 4 years into her first senate term. Maybe Van Hollen. I don't think duckworth could put one up.
feingold doesn't count - he was in the senate for almost 20 years prior to getting knocked off in 2010.
If you open it up to the class of 14, then you have bunch of republicans who will be running IMO. cotton, ernst, gardner, etc.

Kamala Harris may run. Maggie Hassan is another one that comes to my mind.

Rob Portman definitely seems like a logical choice, assuming if his age wasn't an issue. May still be a vice presidential candidate though in this election
