I will not be available to hear this case Saturday, and Sunday looks problematic right now.  Would either Friday or Monday be a good day?

Friday would work for me, I don't know about the others though.

Tomorrow is not really great for me, I am out all day until about one in the morning GMT and I won't really be able to come onto the forum then as my girlfriend will be over.

Are you hearing just the cases involving Atlasian law, or are you including hearings on the relevant sections of the US Code as well?

5:30 PM EDT is the earliest start time that looks good for me on Monday.  Anything after that should work for me.

Seeing as how it looks like I am going to argue the government side of the case, just wanted to let ya'll know that weekdays 730AM-430PM and 430PM-930PM on Monday/Wednesday don't work for me. If I have to I will simply PM my arguments to the justices.

I think we better have it on wednesday then.

Why? He said he can't then? Surely Thursday would be more logical.....

Oh, I see, I misread. I thought he meant that before 430PM he had it free on Mondays/wednesdays.

Will this case ever come to surface or will it be forever rescheduled?
