Just saying, I was on the Lt. Governor's bus at the debate last night and we were assaulted by these people. They were shaking the bus. This is a semi-organized effort to cause chaos and it will backfire big time.

If this is going to continue along these lines, you might have to move out of the US to avoid this Smiley

Thank you to the well-wishers in this thread.

Oh, another thing -- I will be protesting a trump rally here in Cleveland tomorrow. Certainly looking forward to that experience even more after these events.

Enjoy protesting alongside the people who would (most likely), if they had their way, nick all of your property and put your head on a pike.

Sometimes it is necessary to realize what is a greater threat and confront it by making peace with a lesser threat.

To be absolutely fair to Trump, neither he nor his supporters started the riotous protests; the protestors did. The protestors who infiltrated his rally are to blame. They should have protested at a reasonable distance. I am in agreement with the Briton.

If I were part of Trump's advising staff, I would suggest personal heavily-armed police at his next rally.

Of course, there will be Trump Guards around the rallies before long.

I think he means he'll be with the protesters, not the Trump-heads. (There really needs to be something accurate, non-defamatory, and short for "Trump supporters".)

Trumpeters, I believe, is the most commonly used term (although I'm not sure of it's derogatory, etc, implications).

Moveon & BLM are planning to hold protests - Maybe we can see some joint protests.

Nice to hear Bernie chants - But honestly I don't support his stuff - It could get violent & bloody & in no time you can have people dying - We need some sanity & protests should be peaceful, not like this.

I hope people don't do anything stupid!

People in rural Saxony also used to think that way.

Glad to see Vosem finally putting his money where his mouth is.

Well, I've already put my money where my mouth is by personally absentee voting for Kasich, registering every adult member of my family who lives in Ohio and casting their votes for Kasich, along with personally convincing two different friends (one away from supporting trump; the other was only a registered voter because she wanted to support the weed legalization referendum last November) to vote for Kasich. I think that is a more significant "putting my money where my mouth is" than my action tomorrow will be.

Слава богу что в моей стране всё ещё легче выйти на площадь чем было автору этой поэмы. Надеюсь что никогда не узнаю если у меня есть столько мужества.

This thread has been taken over by the usual trolls lol.

Well, we have not gotten to 1/100th of the vituperation that will likely become the common standard of this campaign Smiley

Well, if Trump wins, there will not be a break in this till 2020!

Yeah, like Trump would deign to hold an election just four years after his enablement as supreme ruler. Tongue

Of course Emperor Trump will hold an election. His subjects will get to choose how awesome they think he is! (Maybe we'll get to pick whether it'll be one year, two years, four years, or eight years before the next election!)

People say Obama has been divisive? I'm pretty sure the friction didn't start until after his inauguration. Trump hasn't even been nominated yet. A potential administration of his would be this one on steroids when it comes to dividing Americans.

Bernie supporters, how would you feel if thousands of Trump supporters showed up at a Bernie rally and were screaming and behaving like hooligans and threatening you and holding threatening signs and some were even getting violent?  How do you think the media would react and what would people be demanding from Trump?

There is no proof the anti-trump protesters were Bernie supporters.

I almost went and I wish I did. Proud of my city for standing up to fascist trump.

TRUMP is the least fascist candidate.

The only guy ever to have been less fascist then Trump was Adolf Hitler!

I beg to differ. Hitler is definitely a fascist, however, all the other candidates are far more similar to Hitler than TRUMP.

Please. Future Vice President Sanders and Future President TRUMP are literally the same person. Have you ever heard of the horseshoe theory?

Not to mention, TRUMP/Sanders would be a dream ticket. TRUMP would run the country, Sanders would run the gulags for the anti-TRUMPists.
