Can a young, 21st-century, black power, black radical leftist win the White House in the 2020's and beyond? Is it possible?

Some right-wingers would argue that there already is one.

Probably not without other issues to effectively campaign on, ceiling would be short enough for a midget (little person if you prefer) to bump their head on.

Don't forget that he's simultaneously atheist and Muslim, as well as being simultaneously a communist and a Nazi.

Remember when Al Sharpton ran for president?

True. However, Sharpton was entertaining in those 2003-04 primary debates.

Wasn't Jesse Jackson a somewhat serious contender for the Democratic nomination in the 80s?

Maybe in 2056, but probably not today, unless he/she was radical center of radical right.

Someone who is "black power?"  Never, unless there is some kind of plague that kills most everyone who is not black.

Yes ('88) but his chances of victory in the general were not good.

Someone who campaigns as such cannot win the White House, though I wonder if they could win the Democratic Party nomination. Tend to doubt that too, but it's not completely a laughable notion.
