Has a poll ever forecast a trump defeat less than, say, a week before the election in a trump victory state? ARG might just be incompetent enough to manage it, but it would be a first for this campaign.

ARG is sound about strong Kasich showings. They had six of the eight polls with Kasich in second in NH, IIRC.

We'll see. Polls aren't good at primaries in general because they are an unpredictable environment and voters don't commit as early. ARG isn't a good pollster, but neither is YouGov or Marist. I think we need to wait to see what happens - But I would venture that Rubio only gets around 11-12% in Michigan.
