This firm only polled people on the state Republican voter roll, so it's probably more accurate.

these folks seem to be tied to the Florida Chamber of Commerce and likely to be close to Rubio's stance on immigration

Not really. Rubio still can't reach 30% in his home state. That's damning whether Trump leads by 17 or 7.
