The result is striking for the drop off in votes compared to the runoff in the preceding round. In the runoff 43 votes were cast with MN winning over WA by 24 to 19. Yet in the final only 33 votes are cast and CO prevails over MN by 18 to 15. If the geographical biases of West vs Midwest are the main factor in both votes, then it isn't surprising that CO and WA had almost the same total. The surprising difference is the marked drop off of MN voters from 24 to 15. Basically it looks like the MN voters stayed home for the final. Sad

Anyway, I'm flying to Denver tomorrow afternoon, so I can enjoy the Atlas winner.
