100,000 bucks vs. tour around Area 51

Now that Lincoln County is being talked of ... If someone gave you the choice whether to receive 100,000 bucks or to do a tour around every corner of Area 51, what would you choose?

It would be neat to see what they're working on, but I'll take the 100k, no question.

Later in my life when I am hopefully making lawyer money, I might take the tour. But at this point, I have no choice but to take the $$$

I would take the money, pay off my student loans, and move into a swanky Seattle apartment.

all they have in a51 is probably just a bunch of old secret military stuff that will sit there and rust unless Russia is stupid enough to start WWIII.

Ideally I'd choose the tour. Money can come and go like Fiorina poll numbers, but knowledge lasts as long as my brain does. Besides, unearned money is unhealthy, and I'd rather the money go to other causes. (I'm not greedy, despite libertarian stereotypes.)

I'd also question the motive of someone giving me money to basically not look at Area 51 (another reason to choose that option).

But then again, $100,000 is hard to turn down, despite my curiosity and moral opposition to unearned money.
